At my core, I’ve always been drawn to connection — leading teams, guiding creatives, and creating spaces where others can grow.
Conquest Creatives was my first venture out of university, and it gave me the chance to lead branding projects, collaborate with corporate clients, and mentor creatives from diverse backgrounds. Running a design agency taught me the language of business (the good and the not-so-good) and the craft of guiding others to do their best work. That foundation is what I now bring into teaching and facilitation. At heart, I’ve always been someone who shares.
As an educator, I believe every child and every learner is capable of brilliance. All they need is someone who believes in them. My role is not to judge, but to guide — to build safe, supportive environments, present information with care, and hold space for students to try again. When learners feel trusted, they naturally want to rise to the occasion.
These are the threads that tie my worlds together — creative professional, educator, trainer... I don’t worry much about which label fits best. What matters is the through-line: helping others see what’s already inside them, and giving them the confidence to bring it forward.
